Commission Setup – Additional Terms for Vendors/Suppliers/Agents/Exporters Engagement

• Commission for Retail/ Consumers Pack Size purchase from is 5%, before freight and duty costs, payable to iExport Australia after a customer make the payment. Vendor and customer will organise their freight, QA, Customs Documentations and clearance, deliveries. In this case iExport Australia works as an export agency role only. iExport Australia may take commission fee before passing the order details to vendor or supplier.
• Commission for Bulk or B2b import quantity sales made from this site is 2.5% of Bulk Quantity price level, payable to iExport Australia after a customer make the booking payment and it is before freight and duty costs. The vendor must provide a minimum bulk import quantity for Full and LTL container. After receiving the initial booking and fee, the order will forwarded to the vendor. Vendor will organise the final CNF, FOB or other types of service and final costing ti overseas bulk import/customer. Vendor and customer will organise their freight, QA, Customs Documentations and clearance, deliveries. In this case iExport Australia works as an export agency role only. iExport Australia may take commission fee before passing the order details to vendor or supplier.
• Commission for all listed services from Service Provider or Vendors if booked or sold from this site 5% payable to iExport Australia after a customer make the payment. iExport Australia may take commission fee before passing the order details to vendor or supplier. In this case iExport Australia works as an service selling and marketing agency role only.
